Transform your outdoor oasis

Concrete Patio Repair And Hot Tub Concrete Slab

Patio coating and repair help restore the appeal of outdoor spaces. It also helps increase its durability and the property’s value. No project is too big or too small for us, whether it is patio coating, repair, or a complete resurface. In our initial assessment, we examine your project needs to determine the best way to do the job.

Filling and sealing cracks

It is normal to have cracks on concrete patios, but filling them before they widen is essential to preserve their structural integrity. We use a flexible caulk-based product to fill the cracks, mostly a matte gray one with a texture resembling concrete for better blending.

Straightening crumbling corners

Crumbling corners are common on patios because of water damage, age, and foot traffic. These make the corners rounded, taking away the patio’s beauty. We start by cleaning the surface, then troweling a thin layer of structural concrete repair over the damaged corners, ensuring it matches the angles of the other corners.

Resurfacing

We recommend resurfacing to restore the patio’s curb appeal in case of scratching, cracking, or spalling. Before applying a new patio coat, we pressure wash the surface to eliminate dust, debris, and grease.
We then pour out the new concrete mixture, spreading it to get an even coat on all sides. Finally, we use a concrete broom to give the surface a non-slip texture. For clients who want to update the style and color of the patio, we recommend using pavers.

Hot Tub Concrete Slab

Sometimes, clients want to add a hot tub to their outdoor space. A good foundation is essential to ensure it does not sink or shift, so we recommend a hot tub concrete slab.
We measure the tub to determine the slab size. The perfect slab usually has a minimum thickness of four inches and a diameter of six inches less than the diameter of the tub’s bottom

“My concrete patio was refurbished recently and I could not be happier. It looks better than brand new! The old sealer was extremely challenging to remove (20 years of diligent upkeep). Chris and Darcy persevered until it was absolutely ready for staining and sealing. The entire job was done so well without any damage to plants,stucco... Great to see the pride they take in their work - nice to see in these crazy times! Thank you guys!”
